Upon entering you will be given a card to open the door to your PopCorn Room.
You will find a comfortable double bed with TV, a desk , air conditioning and an attached private bathroom with shower.
Welcome Kit provided with towels, clean linens and water for each guest.
In addition, common areas include;
- a service bathroom,
- a large and lovely common area where you can meet new guests, be able to work (thanks to the good Wi-Fi connection) or have breakfast.
We like to have tea bags or coffee pods available for your arrival--in fact, our fully equipped kitchen has a kettle, coffee maker, microwave and induction stove.
However, for daily use a surcharge will be charged.

Access is fully automated, prior to your arrival you will be sent all information on how to get to the facility!
Upon your entrance you will find free parking available in the driveway. Also if you are 2 or more people, no problem! Just write us a request and if we have availability we will be happy to accommodate up to 6 people.
Whenever possible we like to talk to our guests and advise them on the best excursions to take, places to visit or places to eat! We look forward to seeing you.
You will be in a very peaceful setting with a view of the Garden Relais landing, which is only a 3-minute walk from our facility, perfect for those who want to paraglide or go for a pizza.
Available to guests in the driveway is free parking. And in case you do not have a car, we can advise you where to rent one.
Within easy reach of places like Asolo (20 min.), Valdobbiadene (30 min.) or Bassano del Grappa (15 min.) where there is a train station that can take you to Venice, Verona, Vicenza or Padua. Finally, we are at the foot of Mount Grappa, which is easily accessible for cyclists and skydivers.
